Booking Policies

To ensure every client enjoys a smooth, comfortable experience, please take a moment to read our booking policies before your appointment.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is deducted from your final total. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. Deposits hold your time slot and cover preparation, so please book only when you are certain of your date.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time so your full appointment can be completed as booked. A short grace period applies; arrivals beyond this may result in a shortened service, a late fee, or rescheduling at our discretion. If you are running behind, let us know as early as possible.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the time can be offered to another client. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date with sufficient notice. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Hair Preparation

Please arrive with hair freshly washed, fully dried, blow-dried and detangled unless a wash service has been arranged. Well-prepared hair allows for the neatest result and helps your appointment finish on time. Hair that is not properly prepared may incur an additional charge or require rescheduling.

Appointment Times

Listed durations are approximate and can vary with hair length, density and the style chosen. Please allow some flexibility in your schedule. To respect every client's time, only the person being braided should attend where possible, and extra guests may be limited.

Children's Bookings

We warmly welcome children and take extra care to keep them comfortable throughout their appointment. A parent or guardian must remain present for the duration of the booking. For younger clients, please choose a style and length suited to their comfort and patience.

Wig Services

For wig revamps, refreshes and installs, please bring your wig clean and free of product build-up where possible. Turnaround times vary by service and condition of the unit. We'll always advise what's achievable for your wig before any work begins.
